Dynamometer Facilities
Our advanced data acquisition and control systems provide highly accurate and repeatable results, easy access to the control parameters, and quick analysis of engine and combustion data. All cells are provided with controlled combustion air, high speed data acquisition, alternate fuel capabilities. Chrysler’s dynamometer test facilities offer complete services with on-site engineering personnel, technical support staff, electronic and mechanical technicians, and fabrication support.
We offer:
- Over 140 test sites available for component, engine, transmission, and full powertrain testing
- Controlled engine combustion air supply for temperature and humidity in all cells plus pressure control for performance development
- Low-inertia, high performance AC dynamometers
- 8,000 rpm/450-600 bhp, 10,000 rpm/300 bhp
- High performance / specialties up to 1,000 bhp
- Non firing valvetrain and component test fixtures
- Deep thermal shock test cells capable of –25°C
- Diesel emissions (raw, particulates, and smoke)

Engine Build and Inspection
Our engine build and inspection facility provides complete engine services including full blue printing services, engine assembly, and engine teardown w/measurements. Machine shop capabilities are also available including Bridgeport mills, lathes, minor welding services, cylinder bore honing w/Sunnen CK10, Sunnen line bore hone.
