Facility Specifications
- Twenty four test lanes
- Twenty one lanes with 200 hp A/C electric dynamometers
- Three lanes 400 hp A/C electric dynamometers
- Forty eight inch rollers for flat surface simulation
- Two of the lanes are large chassis dynamometers capable of testing 204" wheel base vehicles with dual rear wheels.
- High speed capability of 150 mph
- Head wind fans that follow vehicle speed.
- Programmable auto shutdown feature for critical parameters
- On line date recording
- Full robot capable of driving manual and automatic or manual transmission vehicles (Stahle AP500 unit)
- Column or Floor shift capable
- Throttle only robot drivers for quick test set up (DTA2000)
- “Key boy” feature that allows engine start/stop during a test cycle
- HEV compatible
- Dyno brake assist feature
