Prototype Machining Services

Computer Numerical Controlled Equipment

• Our prototype machining facility offers 3 dimensional parts with our C.N.C. machining centers using CATIA and MASTER CAM as our CAD/CAM software to control our machines. We offer 3 Axis and 5 Axis capabilities.

3 Axis Machining

Electric Discharge Machining

• Our facility has 2 E.D.M. machines capable of machining complex parts with complex geometry. Each machine has an Envelope of 24”x24”x18.

EDM Machine

Grinding

• Our staff has the ability to do a wide range of grinding. We are able to do surface grinding, outside and inside grinding on round parts, and specialized complex grinding.
• Our staff of experts can advise you on complex applications to meet your experimental machining needs

Manual Machining

• We use a variety of Bridgeport mills and lathes to do more simple parts and close tolerance work. Our highly skilled machinists are all veteran Journeymen Tool Makers.
